Scheduling at Cameo
Cameo has now opened online scheduling for new and returning clients. All consultations are complimentary. We would love to meet with you to create a customized plan that fits your budget while addressing your cosmetic concerns.
*Not all available appointments may be listed when online scheduling. If your preferred day or time is not listed, please call or text the office at (717) 874- 4939 and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule needs.
Cancellation Policy
Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and reschedules, Cameo is implementing new appointment policies which are effective immediately. Our goal is to provide as much availability as possible to our clients, to do so it will now be required for all appointments to have a card kept on file.
Cameo kindly asks that all clients provide at least a 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. Our scheduling software sends a confirmation text 4 days prior to the appointment as well as a reminder 1 day before. Failure to do so will result in a fee charged to the card on file.
This policy also applies to services changed during an appointment. Your time and our time is precious. For example, if a client is scheduled for Botox and filler but states they “only need Botox” a fee will be charged as that is not within the 48 hour cancellation period. That would create extra provider time added onto that appointment which could have been utilized to treat another client.
Clients may call or text the office at any time 48 hours prior to their appointment to reschedule. We will respond during our regular business hours. We understand that life happens, we will assess case-by-case circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in this manner.
